This is the program for you if you are ready to transform your relationship with food once and for all.
This isn't another generic bod-pos course. This program is centered on liberating queer folx, people of color, and allies from chronic dieting, poor self-image, and self-doubt. In addition to weekly lessons and exploratory work you complete on your own, every course includes access to monthly live workshops where you'll be able to get additional support and share what's been coming up for you.
Nutrition is the tool we will use to reconnect you to your inner wisdom and sense of self-worth. Together we will restore your self-trust and sense of personal power.
Because only a radical self-acceptance approach to wellness has the power to fight the chronic stress that BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks face in response to systemic oppression, all the practices you'll learn through this coaching program are designed to empower you and strengthen your understanding of your innate worth.
Our on-demand courses are a hybrid of holistic life coaching, behavior change/accountability coaching, and traditional Registered Dietitian health coaching. Since the body is the greatest source of wisdom we have access to, this is a guided healing process, not a one-sided lecture series.
The outline of the program isn't rigid and adapts to your needs throughout the process, but over time these key components have proven themselves to be essential steps on the path to food freedom and self-trust.
