  • Find your way through new diagnoses. Get clear guidance in plain language you can actually use

You’ll work with a licensed, credentialed dietitian who understands what it’s like to be overworked, burned out, or living with limited spoons (energy) and what it means to exist in a body that’s Black, queer, trans, fat, or otherwise marginalized.

You’ll get strategies that honor your capacity while moving you toward your goals.
